Guess what? I have a new business!

I sell doTERRA essential oils!  And I couldn't be more excited!

I decided to come back to the good old blog to unearth it, and put some information on here.  The reality is I am having a LOT of conversation about these oils - which is absolutely more than awesome - and I wanted a place where my clients and friends could go back to see what was referenced if they couldn't reach me right away.  Never fear, I do still accept panic EO texts!  ;)  But, hopefully this method of communication will help too!

So, what the heck - essential oils, Brittany???  I always knew you were a little crunchy hidden beneath that perfectly applied lipstick, but what is this??  Now you're a medicine man?

Well, the truth is that my EO days go way back to high school.  And I've been an on and off user since then.  But, it's really hard to find a GOOD brand of essential oils.  So many out there are full of fillers, and not 100% pure (yes, even those that you pick up at the beloved "natural" stores).  FDA says bottle only needs to have 10% essential oil to be considered "pure" (even some are down to 2%!).  So, that's a lot of fillers, extra oils and preservatives.  Gross.  But then I found doterra and was more than pleased with the product, the purity, and the effectiveness.  THIS is what I was looking for!  And I could easily access it - through someone else...  so, why don't I sell this and quite paying retail?  So, I am!  It just made perfect sense to put my name behind a company that I am easily passionate about and can support 200% - why, because I use the product!

So, what do they do?  Everything  :)

Used medicinally, therapeutically, and you can even use them for their cleaning agents!  You can incorporate EO's into almost every aspect of your life.  My family uses them regularly to build immunity and help keep viruses and colds at bay.  We use them for headaches, making sure we get good sleep at night, waking up right in the morning, pain, irritation, skin moisturizer, cuts and scrapes, coughs, congestion, upset stomachs, etc...  I could go on and on!  Each essential oil has so many different uses and I would love to teach you more about them.

I will most definitely post many useful tidbits on my blog, but for now please check out my site and my products:  http://www.mydoterra.com/essentialwellbeing/

I look forward to helping you with your first essential oil purchase, and finding new ways to incorporate them into your life.
